Our Ice Cream
Sorbet, ice cream and cakes, fresh from the farm...
Our ice cream begins with all natural milk, straight from our cows. They are nourished by the fresh grasses of summer and the grass that we cut and dry for the winter months. We do not use fermented silage, and GMOs stay far away. We combine the milk with other ingredients, including natural extracts and sugar, and we then leave the mix to rest for at least 24 hours. This allows the flavors to develop and mature. Finally, the mix goes into the ice cream mixer, where it is blended and frozen, turning into what we all know as ice cream. All of the ingredients that we use are carefully chosen to be the highest quality, locally grown, and sustainably and naturally produced.
You can find us at fairs and events scooping ice cream, and our vacherin cakes (ice cream, sorbet and meringue) are made to order, with all ingredients made on the farm. If you have an event, we can provide you with ice cream, cups, a freezer, etc. – everything you need to make the ice cream serving seamless!
